FAQ
How do you accept payment?
We only accept payment by credit card on file; unless otherwise noted by a member of our management staff.
When do you bill for services?
We charge the credit card on file on the 1st of every month.
Is there a discount for pre-paying for the season?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount for paying for the season upfront.
Can I customize my package?
Yes, you can choose to add on additional services to your package.
When do you bill for other services?
For other services beyond maintenance, we bill the credit card on file once the job has been completed. Following the transaction, you’ll receive a receipt via email, and a comprehensive list of all your transactions will be available in our secured client hub for your reference.
Where can I find my transaction history?
We have an integrated client hub through our CRM system that allows you to view all of your recent and upcoming history with the company. This client hub will be your go to for requesting work, reviewing estimates, paying invoices and managing receipts.
I'm moving out of the service area what is your cancelation policy?
We require 30 days notice prior to canceling a maintenance agreement (we can continue service until the termination date arrives – if it is in the middle of a billing cycle the next invoice will be prorated by the number of visits completed).
